Ralph Edward Goodpaster, Age 72 of Burns City, Indiana Died Saturday, July 12, 2014 at his home. He was born May 3, 1942 in Rushville, Indiana To: Russell and Maybelle (Hankins) Goodpaster He was a 1959 graduate of Loogootee High School and a graduate of Vennard Christian College in University Park, Iowa. Ralph was a minister at multiple churches throughout Indiana. He served his country in the US Army in Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart. He is survived by: Two Sisters-In-Laws: Norma Goodpaster of Stendal, Indiana; Phyliss Goodpaster of Loogootee, Indiana; Three Nephews: Nick Goodpaster of Waldrof, Maryland; Phil Goodpaster of Loogootee, Indiana; Mike Goodpaster of Stendal, Indiana; Three Nieces: Debra Miller of Montgomery, Indiana; Teri Avis of Tacoma, Washington; Judy Vaughn of Azle, Tezas He is Proceed In Death By: His Parents: Russell and Maybelle (Hankins) Goodpaster Two Brothers: Russell E. Goodpaster One Nephew: John Goodpaster Funeral Services Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27th at the Burns City Methodist Church in Burns City, Indiana.
